Written about an old love interest I met in an Ashram. She had long blonde hair, an angels face and blazing blue eyes and wore flowing robes and a red ashen spot thumbed between her eyes, as was the custom of the advanced devotees of the Ashram Guru. To me she was this beautiful yet unreachable creature who seemed to float across the floor and fill the room with peace and calm. I was a keen Ashram enthusiast, not a committed praying disciple but I was so smitten I thought;
“If that’s what it takes to get you by my side
Well you can bet that I’ll be prayin’ tonight”
She seemed so pure to me, I didn’t want to tarnish her with my basic thoughts;
“I like that spot between your eyes
And I’d like to die in between your thighs
But baby, I don’t wanna dirty your mind”
Sadly, my primitive advances had zero effect on her. But at least I got a good song out of the experience! – Stevie J
